Limited Availability and Price
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price
due to typographical/pictorial error or error in pricing information
received from our suppliers, WORLD OF ELEGANCE INC. will have
the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or
service listed at the incorrect price. WORLD OF ELEGANCE INC.
will have the right to limit the number of items purchased through
our website. WORLD OF ELEGANCE INC. will have the right to refuse
or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed
and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, WORLD
OF ELEGANCE INC. will immediately issue a credit, upon approval,
to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Return/Exchange Policy and Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of submission with a
10% service charge. A 20% service charge will be incurred for
orders cancelled between 24-48 hours of submission. No orders
will be cancelled after 48 hours from the time the order was
submitted, unless approval has been obtained form WORLD OF ELEGANCE
INC. No cancellations will be made without a prior authorization
number obtained from WORLD OF ELEGANCE INC. Due to the nature
of custom-made products, there will be no refunds, credits, or
exchanges of any kind after the products have been manufactured.
There will be no refunds, credits, or exchanges of any kind on
any accessories or services, unless approval has been obtained
from WORLD OF ELEGANCE INC. No returns or exchanges will be made
without a prior authorization number from WORLD OF ELEGANCE INC.
Shipping & handling charges will not
be returned. The customer assumes total responsibility
of returning goods upon receiving a return authorization number
from WORLD OF ELEGANCE INC and will pay for all shipping & handling
charges incurred.
Alterations
Any alterations or remakes will be at the sole discretion
of WORLD OF ELEGANCE INC. Any alterations or remakes will
only be done in the case of significant manufacturing errors
and there shall be no charge to the customer. The goods will
be shipped free of charge back to the customer, only if there
was significant error in the manufacturing of the goods.
We assume no responsibility of improper fittings due to customer
error in providing wrong measurements and/or selection of
wrong styles and/or provisions of wrong descriptions of personal
or posture information. We encourage customers to use local
tailors for minor adjustments and alterations. However, any
alterations or adjustments done by the customer are done
entirely on the customer's own risk and cost. In the case
of customer error, we may provide services for major alterations
or remakes, at the sole discretion of WORLD OF ELEGANCE INC,
at a specified price as deemed fit by WORLD OF ELEGANCE INC.
Service for alterations are in conjunction of the very high
standards we have for customer service and business courtesy. Our
goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We stand behind all
of our products and services.
International
All import duties, taxes, and charges for customs clearance
are the sole responsibility of the customer. International shipping
and handling charges vary by country. Contact WORLD
OF ELEGANCE INC. for inquiries about international rates.
Children
WORLD OF ELEGANCE INC. does not knowingly market to nor knowingly
solicit information from children. Children are ineligible to use
our services, and we do not want minors to submit any personal information

acceptable by our tailors. As a matter of accuracy, use of fabrics
will be based on our actual supply which may differ from the swatches
on our site although we are committed to provide the nearest match.
We reserve the right on matching the closest fabric of customer's
choice. We do not warrant unfit tailoring caused by inappropriate
or incorrect measurement by the customers or misunderstanding on
the part of the customer or incorrect use of measurement units.
Our tailors reserve the right to make their sole judgment on non-specified
style or design by the customers and to make adjustment if necessary.
In the event a product or service is listed incorrectly due to typographical/pictorial
error or error in information received from our suppliers, WORLD
OF ELEGANCE INC. will have the right to modify any orders placed
for any products or services.
We are not liable for any loss of data or crash of computer system
or any kind of damages resulting from viewing of our site or interacting
with any part of our site. We reserve all rights on all materials
